Home > Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy uses concentrated scents such as essential oils and natural herbs to promote physical and psychological well-being. Aromatherapy can include the inhalation of certain scents, to promote relaxation or stimulation of certain mental functions. It can also include applying oils or extracts onto the skin to be absorbed by the body. Some essential oils, when used in this way, can aid in health, hygiene and physical appearance.

Essential oils, herbs and other scents used in aromatherapy have varying levels of potency and concentration, and their application should be supervised by a trained Aromatherapy professional.
