Kriya Yoga is an ancient style of yoga brought into modern popularity by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the book, Autobiography of a Yogi. With a focus on spiritual growth and awakening, Kriya Yoga teaches that those who follow the path of devotion and a desire for their own spiritual knowledge can attain self-realization.
