Kriya Yoga is an ancient style of yoga brought into modern popularity by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the book, Autobiography of a Yogi. Kriya Yoga is based in the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and is the most ancient of Indian yogic practices. This form of spiritual yoga is also entirely non-secular.
