Zero Balancing is a hands-on bodywork system of aligning the body’s energy with its physical structure. Zero Balancing is a simple approach to holistic healing, in which a practitioner uses the energy fields of a client’s body to determine where the energy fields are disturbed or the flow is blocked. A Zero Balancing session is performed with the client fully clothed and takes between 30 and 40 minutes to complete. The session includes gentle pressing, stretching and bending, and is intended to be relaxing and promote a sense of well-being.

Zero Balancing therapy was developed by Dr. Fritz Smith in 1973. Dr, Smith concluded that in order to achieve perfect health and happiness, the body must be aligned structurally and energetically.
